We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Strata Manager Consultant to join us in shaping and enhancing our strata management program and platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance and optimize the strata management program.
- Provide input on new features, functionalities, and improvements based on industry best practices.
- Offer expert advice on strata management best practices, specifically tailored to the British Columbia real estate market.
- Conduct assessments of existing strata management processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with our strata clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on utilizing the Propflow AI platform effectively.
- Develop training materials and resources for strata managers using the Propflow AI platform.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on optimal platform utilization.
- Stay informed about changes in strata management regulations and industry trends.
- Implement improvements to the platform based on client feedback and emerging industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in strata management, ideally within the British Columbia real estate market.
- In-depth understanding of strata management regulations, practices, and challenges in BC.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize strata management processes.
- Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with strata management software and platforms.
- Previous experience in contributing to the development of strata management software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and contribute to various aspects of program development and client support.
Compensation:Selected consultants will be engaged on an hourly or project basis, with the potential for a transition into a full-time role based on performance and mutual agreement.
Hourly engagement rate of $50-$100, based on experience and engagement agreement.
